Declan O’Connor has dynamically built the O'Connor Group's award-winning reputation as a consistent top producer for nearly two decades in the Portland real estate market. In the last three years, his team placed more than 185 families in homes and closed more than $170 million in sales.
Declan's entrepreneurial background, knowledge in new home construction/remodeling, and expertise in relocation services provides our team with a solid fundamental advantage in this evolving market. As a native of Ireland, Declan has lived and worked in Portland for more than 20 years and enjoys showing off Portland's livability and quality of life. He studied construction economics at the Dublin Institute of Technology. Before his real estate career, Declan led a profitable construction company in the Portland metropolitan area.
When not serving his client's real estate needs, he enjoys spending time with his two children and wife, Julie.
Meet Morgan
As a licensed realtor and marketing/listing coordinator for the O'Connor Group, Morgan Dachtler has immersed herself in every aspect of the real estate industry since 2014. Morgan is pivotal in ensuring our clients receive immediate attention and real-time contact when needed. Her Savvy and capable attitude perfectly positions her as our team's nucleus and "go-to" person.
As the marketing coordinator, Morgan strategizes every listing to ensure each property receives the most prominent exposure via print, online, video, and social media formats. Through the Sotheby’s International Realty Network, homes are given both local and global exposure no matter the price point. Morgan also tracks and effectively manages our transaction coordinating team through every sale.
As a native Oregonian and a University of Oregon graduate, Morgan loves showcasing the state's unique beauty and culture. During her downtime, she enjoys hosting events and unwinding with her husband, David.
